Greetings! My name is Charisma Jackson. I am a proud retired military spouse, and my husband and I are now enjoying life as empty nesters. We have three adult children and one grandson who bring us great joy.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and my Master’s degree from the University of West Georgia. My career in education began as a substitute teacher in Carroll County, where I served for five years, followed by six years as a paraprofessional at SHE.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, creating journals, and designing floral décor. Working in education is truly my passion, and I am committed to inspiring and supporting students as they strive to achieve their academic goals.
